The Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry is the state's largest statewide broad-based business and industry trade association, representing the interests of employers and their employees who make Tennessee work. It is the Tennessee state affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers.

Tennessee Farm Bureau
Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation has a membership of more than 622,000 family members and is the largest state Farm Bureau in the nation. TFBF voices the concerns of agriculture and rural residents to lawmakers at the state and national level and serves as an advocate for agriculture. The organization is unique in the fact that its “grassroots volunteer” leadership leads it. The TFBF mission has not changed since 1923: "to develop, foster, promote and protect programs for the general welfare, including economic, social, educational and political well-being of farm people of the great state of Tennessee."

NFIB is the nation's leading advocacy organization representing small and independent businesses in Washington, D.C., and all 50 state capitals. NFIB was ranked, by Fortune Magazine, as the most influential business organization in the" Washington's Power 25"survey. NFIB members are a diverse group consisting of high-tech manufacturers, retailers, farmers, service providers and many other professional trades. NFIB’s mission is to promote and protect the rights of its members to own, operate and grow their businesses. NFIB has 8,500 small business members in Tennessee.

The Tennessee Business Roundtable
A statewide organization of Chief Executive Officers of many of Tennessee's major corporations representing firms with more that 100,000 employees and a five billion annual payroll. The organization is bi-partisan and represents a diversified membership including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, finance as well as many other segments of business and industry. The mission of TBR is to unite senior level business leaders to focus and direct meaningful influence on state government resulting in a pro-business environment and sound public policy.

The Tennessee Hospitality Association
The TN Hospitality Association is a non-profit trade association representing the Tennessee lodging and restaurant industry and its affiliated businesses. TN Hospitality is now continuing the tradition of the 82-year old Tennessee Hotel & Lodging Association.

The Tennessee Retail Association
Represents businesses across the state including grocers, chain drug pharmacies, restaurants, direct marketers, financial services companies and general merchandise stores. The TRA educates the law and policymakers of Tennessee on the concerns and needs of the retail industry as well promote and protects a strong business climate.
